Sie finden hier eine übersichtliche Schritt für Schritt Anleitung:
1.Register using your Microsoft email account associated to your organisation.
2.Start the process by clicking on “Create a Learning Plan for your Team“.
1.Click “Create a Learning Plan”.
1.Enter the title of the plan as you would like the recipient to see it.
2.Add the plan description. E.g. what products are covered, what type of training it is (sales, technical, licensing) etc.
3.Set a completion deadline for the recipient.
4.Decide how completion should be measured.
5.Save the plan and continue.
The next step guides you back to the Learning Plan overview:
1.Chose the subject that you would like to find training on. E.g. for the Small Business Competency.
Under each training subject, there is a list of sales and technical training assets that you can pick from.
1.Find the Learning Path (set of training and assessment) you would like to have your recipient take and add it to the plan. You can add as many learning paths to the plan as you wish.
2.When finished, press „Done“ to continue.
1.Add the recipients of the training by either.
1.Uploading an excel list (if you have a large number of recipients).
2.Adding each recipient individually.
2.Send the recipient the link to your learning plan by either:
1.Sending offline by adding the link to a self-created email.
2.Sending the “Email Assignment” directly from this page. Make any necessary customizations to the email before sending.
The set-up and training allocation process is finished!!
Tracking des Lernstatus:
Any learning plans that you set will be listed for progress tracking on your learning page automatically, once you sign in.
1.Simply click on the Learning Plan you are interested in to find more details.
1.In each learning plan you can track:
1.Who has accepted the learning plan
2.Progress against completion.
1.To look deeper into what has been completed, simply click on the “By Learning Path” overview. This shows what trainings the recipient has done.
1.To edit a learning plan (add additional recipients or additional training), simply click on “View all plans” in the “Create a learning plan for my team” page and then the “Edit” button for the relevant Learning Path.
1.Recipients receive an email from the system informing them that they have been assigned a Learning Plan by the administrator.
2.Once the click on the Learning plan link, they will be guided to the learning plan tool.
1.The Recipient will be asked to do a few things such as sign in with their live ID and then agree to the terms.
2.Once signed in with their live ID, any organization information connected to that will be tracked automatically.
1.Once the recipient agrees, they will be sent to the Learning plan that has been assigned to them and can start training straight away.
2.They will always be able to find all their Learning plans once they sign in to the system.
