Hyper-V Replikation planen

Hyper-V Replikation ist eine wunderbare und kostengünstige Desaster-Recovery Funktion.

Um die Replikation und deren Auswirkungen ordentlich zu planen, haben wir den Hyper-V Replica Capacity Planner entwickelt. Dieses Tool ist hierzum Downloaden.

Die Installation des Tools erfolgt direkt am Host und wertet die tatsächlichen Maschinendaten aus. D.h. die zu replizierende Maschine sollte schon im Echtbetrieb laufen und der Replikationspartner sollte eingerichtet sein.

BTW: Wir haben in Österreich bereits einen Hoster, der die Replikation von Hyper-V Maschinen in sein Datacenter anbietet – und der auch ein Resellingmodell für Partner hat – bei Interesse kurze Mail an mich (mailto:christian.decker@microsoft.com )
